If your item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos and a short description.
Step 2 – Wait for Instructions
We will review your request and send return instructions. Please do not ship any item back before approval.
Step 3 – Return the Item
Once approved, you may ship the item using any trackable and insured shipping method. A valid tracking number is required.
Return Methods: In-store (if applicable), drop-off location, or by mail.
REFUND PROCESS
After your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours), your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
You will receive a full refund, including original shipping and handling fees.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us with a photo.
In most cases, there is no need to return the item. We will issue a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
