WHO CAN APPLY
To qualify for a wholesale account, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- Operate a physical retail store (with or without an online presence)
- Be an online-only business with an established audience or customer base
Sales on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, or similar platforms are strictly prohibited.
Wholesale purchases are not permitted for personal use.
APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS
All wholesale applications are carefully reviewed. ZEOGARDEN reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.
Orders may be cancelled at any time if a violation of these terms is identified.
We aim to ensure that all resellers align with our brand values and standards.
PRICING
All prices are listed in USD.
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers intending to resell products in-store or online.
No wholesale pricing is available for general customers or personal purchases.
ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS
Wholesale pricing already includes significant savings. Additional discounts are only available when:
- A special promotional campaign is announced
- A large-volume custom order is approved under a contract
Any order using unauthorized discount codes may be cancelled.
INVOICING & PAYMENT TERMS
- Invoices are issued in USD upon request
- All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment
- Net payment terms are not currently offered
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items are shipped from our warehouse.
Retailers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
Free shipping is available for qualifying wholesale orders placed through our website.
FULFILLMENT TIME
Once payment is received, orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days.
Any delays will be communicated in advance.
BULK & B2B SALES
ZEOGARDEN supports bulk orders for B2B partners and wholesale distributors. Contact us for custom arrangements or long-term supply agreements.
If your order was placed through a third-party partner, please follow their return and support process.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All products are inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Inspect your shipment upon delivery
- Report issues within 5 days
- Email us with photos and details for resolution
